App market place is a central view to view all your integrations (connected Apps), their status and new integration that can be connected to Moengage.

Current Scenario

Apps are integrated through API or user can connect certain apps through integrations under our settings.

Objectives and what are we solving for

To improve the discoverability of our existing integrations and to create a placeholders for all the future integrations.

🧐 Understanding the Problem (Why are we solving)

• It is important for our users to have a single unified place to view all the integrations, thus improving the discoverability
• Users want to see the status of their existing integrations and update the credentials according to the marketer
• To ease the experience by making way to connect more Apps

📊 Competitive Analysis I took references from multiple apps, for example how Mailchimp email campaign creating tool handled their integrations page plus multiple other products like Airtable, Intercom, Freshworks, Figma, Chargebee etc
